Pros:
This service has everything included!!! I HIGHLY recommend freehostingweb. No need to pay for expensive add-ons. And at just $12/yr (domain renewal included), you can't beat the price. And, they are somehow able to provide 24-hour technical support too! At the price they're charging, this is nearly unheard of. I am especially impressed that they include a shopping cart, server-side-includes, CGI-BIN, and lots of different language support.

Cons:
The only thing I can think of is that if you were only interested in having a temporary domain (less than a year) or just parking your domain, the set up cost wouldn't pay for itself. You're better off getting a cheaper service.
